IMS reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by IMS.

IMS reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order;
• Limit quantities purchased;
• Verify customer information;
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, and additional charges will be calculated during checkout.

Refurbished devices may contain minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Battery health, cosmetic grading, and device condition are disclosed based on IMS grading standards.

Actual appearance may vary slightly from product images.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

Returns and warranty claims are governed by IMS's Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

IMS reserves the right to inspect all returned devices before approving any refund, replacement, repair, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair.

IMS is not responsible for:

• Data loss;
• Software corruption;
• Loss of applications;
• Loss of contacts, photos, videos, or files.

Repair timelines are estimates only. Certain repairs may void manufacturer warranties.

Trade-in values are estimates and subject to final inspection.

IMS reserves the right to revise, reject, or cancel trade-in offers if the device condition differs from the information provided.

Devices submitted for trade-in become the property of IMS upon acceptance and completion of the transaction.

Customers are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

IMS is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.

All content on the IMS website, including logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, software, and designs, is the property of IMS or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Interfere with website operations;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Submit fraudulent information;
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct.

IMS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages;
• Consequential damages;
• Lost profits;
• Lost business opportunities;
• Data loss;
• Business interruption.

IMS's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMS, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

IMS shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or carrier delays.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

IMS may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
